too tough to kill
two guys get in a brawl over a wrecked motorcycle. One gets stabbed in the arm with a screw driver and the other shot twice in the back. The csis manage to prove that the man was shot in the back while facing the other guy and use a dummy as evidence of this. Also a lady is sexually assaulted by a juvenile gang member. Can dummys be legitimately used for forensic evidence?

Yes, i think it is legit to use them because there is few other ways to reenact things that are too dangerous to reenact with humans. Crash test dummies are full-scale replicas of human beings, weighted and articulated to simulate the behavior of a human body. The dummy provides a visual model of the crime that people can more easily relate to.

i dont think so because dummys dont actually have blood running through their viens and dummys dont have human instinct which can affect the position that a person is killed in and the fight or fight mechanism that is instinct for all humans
